Job Responsibilities:
∎ Writing clean and efficient codes
∎ Work with outside data sources and APIs
∎ Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams
∎ Follow agile methodology
∎ Staying up to date with new mobile technology trends, applications, and protocols
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience developing native Android apps
∎ Familiarity with the Android SDK, Activity and Fragment lifecycles, threading, custom views, and animations
∎ hands-on experience in building Android Frontend applications with Kotlin
∎ Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services
∎ Have experience using Bitbucket, GitHub, or similar version control tools and services
∎ Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies
∎ Good understanding on mobile application architectures, designs and Kotlin best practices
∎ Have knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, unit testing
∎ Proficiency in OOP, Reactive Programming
∎ Experience in writing automated unit tests using frameworks such as Espresso
Salary: Negotiable
