Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related subject
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Architecture, Design, Develop& update system by writing well designed, testable and efficient code using Microsoft .Net Technology (ASP.NET MVC).
∎ Major / minor enhancement of HR Software as per customer needs.
∎ Need to optimize and customize exiting code as per business requirement.
∎ Develop report using Reporting Technology (Crystal Report).
∎ Mobile application development (Flutter)
∎ Write complex and faster SQL queries, Store Procedure, Function and develop database.
∎ Work with the development team to prioritize and execute on tasks and development activities.
∎ Conduct all kind of testing (Unit, System, Integration, etc.) as per project needs.
∎ Perform complex data analysis.
∎ Perform code review as per Quality Management System standard set by the Company
∎ Review requirement analysis document
∎ Maintain documentation in accordance with Quality Management System standard set by the Company.
∎ Carry out SQL query, if assigned by the supervisor
∎ Carry out maintenance support to customers as required.
∎ Strong ability to use innovative problem solving technique to solve complex business problem.
∎ Ability to give demonstration/presentation on retail products.
∎ Having good experienced to provide client support will be added advantage.
∎ Able to work which is in compliance with UML behavioral and structural specification
∎ Able to deliver work product by component confirming integrity and usability of the deliverable
∎ Strong verbal and written communications skills both English and Bangla
∎ Be Self-driven and able to work independently as well as in a team
∎ Must be proactive, energetic and determined to meet deadline
∎ Sincerity, honesty, hard work will be the key focus and target oriented
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management to achieve organizational goal
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Query knowledge with SQL SERVER-2016
∎ Programming knowledge with C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, WEB API, Web Service, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, Dapper, LINQ, SQL SERVER-2016and Crystal Report
∎ Mobile application development (Flutter)
∎ Knowledge on OOAD, SDLC, UML
∎ Strong knowledge on OOAD, SDLC, OOP
∎ Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases Management System (RDBMS), SQL Queries and TSQL (Stored Procedure, Function)
∎ Clear concept and experience in Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
∎ Clear concept and experience in Design pattern
∎ Experience with component based and test driven development
∎ Should have Basic Accounting knowledge
∎ Knowledge on Human resource management domain
∎ System design, coding, testing on C#.Net, Crystal Report, SQL SERVER-2016
∎ Mobile application development (Flutter)
∎ Capable to integrate any business logic using optimized coding by C#.Net
∎ Strong ability to write complex and faster SQL query and TSQL
∎ Strong ability to use innovative problem solving technique to solve complex business problem
∎ Strong data analytical capability
∎ Analytical ability on Business and Technical issues
∎ Performance optimization at both Application and Database level
∎ Team work
∎ Interpersonal Communication
∎ Verbal and written communication in English
Salary: Negotiable
