Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Computer Science & Engineering or Software Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and Documentation of software items.
∎ Develop web application using Java (7.0+), J2EE, Spring MVC, Boot, Security, XML and Web Configuration
∎ Write SQL queries, Stored Procedures and SQL Functions (MS SQL is recommended)
∎ Technical documentation using UML
∎ Develop web application using JS, jQuery, Angular JS, Node JS.
∎ Develop report using Jasper Report
∎ Provide support and training activities for projects
∎ Design and Manage DevOps is plus
∎ Develop and test programs efficiently using Java Technology.
∎ Optimize and customize exiting code as per business requirement.
∎ Conduct all kind of testing (unit, system, integration, etc.) as per project needs.
∎ Perform data analysis.
∎ Deliver work product by component confirming integrity and usability of the deliverable.
∎ Understand technical and functional design requirements, Design, code, and test technical solutions. Maintain all organization documentation procedure at the time of design, code and test.
∎ Identify system deficiencies and recommends solutions. Assist in physical and logical database design.
∎ Understand standard systems development lifecycle processes and applies Southtech QMS effectively. Understand project and development plans and is able to clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines. Assist in enforcement of development deadlines and schedules.
∎ Understand the necessity of and contribute to coding standards. Adhere to coding standards defined by organization.
∎ Establish responsible deadlines and personal work plans accordingly.
∎ Demonstrate basic knowledge of object and component methodology and technology. Accurately maintain program libraries, users' manuals, or technical documentation. Create well designed, reusable objects.
∎ Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. Listen to others and accept input from team members. Share ideas and thoughts with team members. Recognize the strengths and weaknesses of each team member. Appreciate each team member's contributions and values each individual member.
∎ Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor/manager/CEO as needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working knowledge in Micro-Finance domain / Banking domain in any reputed company
∎ OOP, OOD, Restful, Software Design Patterns and Principles, Programming Techniques and Best Practices, TDD, SDLC, Software Development Methodologies, Unit testing, Mock, SVN, UML, Enterprise Architect
∎ Programming in JAVA, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Framework, SQL, Java Script, jQuery, WildFly (9+), Tomcat (8+), AngularJS, SQL, Hibernate, Bootstrap, JUnit, Jasper Report
∎ Must be a good team player
∎ Must be able to work under pressure
∎ Winning mentality/Can Do Attitude
∎ Problem solving capacity
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bangla
Salary: Negotiable
