Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree from any reputed university, Computer Science/ Engineering preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and take full ownership of a team
∎ Prepare and execute test plans, scripts and schedules for software testing (functionality tests, regression tests, stress tests, etc.)
∎ Design and manage test automation process
∎ Test, report and follow up issues in issue tracking system
∎ Maintain issue tracking system
∎ Prepare test reports and release checklists
∎ Interact with software developers on reported issues to get them fixed in an orderly manner
∎ Assist with customer support to reproduce and fix reported issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience with software test automation
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills
∎ Detail-oriented
∎ Excellent reporting skills
∎ Good knowledge in English
∎ Keen to understand software internals
∎ Able to write scripts for testing developers' modules
∎ Flexible with team structure
∎ Familiar with Scrum
∎ Hands-on experience with issue tracking systems like Bugzilla, Mantis and JIRA
∎ Able to motivate a team, recognize good talent and bring out the best out of each individual.
