Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business diversification initiatives through partnership/collaboration across telecom industry
∎ Engagement at Govt. level on 5G and edotco readiness
∎ Anchor relationship management of key regulatory stakeholders, such as BTRC, PTD, ICT Ministry and other relevant government bodies
∎ Develop and manage position on regulatory areas of strategic importance to edotco Bangladesh, including but not limited to national telecoms policy, licensing, access and interconnect and infra-structure sharing
∎ Follow up and provide regulatory advice and support to in-country regulatory developments and is-sues
∎ Manage regulatory reporting as part of edotco Bangladesh/group performance, management re-porting
∎ Support other edotco Bangladesh processes such as risk management, statutory reporting, and business planning
∎ Implement regulatory compliance framework, to ensure regulatory compliance
∎ Partner identification and collaboration at strategic & execution level for CSR initiatives
∎ Securing government endorsement and collaboration in sustainability initiatives
∎ Engaging and proactive collaboration with different Govt. infra development project to secure busi-ness potentials
∎ Collaboration with regional authorities & local government across the country for Metro SBU & Smart City initiatives
∎ Securing edotco presence in national and international summit on telecom, 5G and Infrastructure in Bangladesh
∎ Industry collaboration for fiber partnership with NTTN operators
∎ Ensuring post licensing compliance on regulatory perspective
∎ Collaboration at regulatory and ministerial level, to develop business supportive environment, to overcome common operational challenges
∎ Focusing on upcoming guidelines and directives at formulation stage for analysis, advocacy and proactive readiness

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication, analytical and presentation skill
∎ Strong MS application skill
∎ Ability to ensure effective strategic stakeholder liaison & management
