Job Context:
∎ Location: Head Office
∎ JOB PURPOSE
∎ Software solution development (including system architecture design, UI design, coding, testing, deployment, maintenance),
∎ Update and fine-tune existing solutions within BEP and research on new technology and improve user experience.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Software solution development following agile development methodology which includes requirement analysis, system architecture design, UI design, coding, testing, deployment, maintenance etc.
∎ Design and develop multimedia web applications, custom pages, standalone sites, and other interactive online media to enhance online education and student success and solve instructional and institutional challenges.
∎ Develop software using different programming language like (Java, J2EE, EJB, JPA, Spring Security, Hibernate, PHHP, MySQL, AngularJS, Jquery).
∎ UI/UX design/development and Writing & implementing efficient code and experience working on large-scale software projects.
∎ Mobile app development as required by the program.
∎ Maintain expertise in the area of web technologies and applications for education
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years of working experience in the relevant field will be preferred.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
∎ Expertise in the development of multimedia web applications for education.
∎ Demonstrated experience in platforms and pipelines used in design, development and distribution. (Ex: CSS, HTML, Javascript, HTML5, etc.).
∎ Having strong knowledge in languages like (Java, J2EE, EJB, JPA, Spring Security, Hibernate, PHHP, MySQL, AngularJS, Jquery).
∎ Expertise in maximizing usability and the user experience during design and development.
∎ Proficiency in identifying accessibility opportunities throughout development and design.
∎ Ability to work in a team production environment and multidisciplinary design process.
∎ Expertise on developing android app.
∎ Application development for different Platform
