Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Master’s degree in Anthropology, Business Administration, Development Studies, Economics, International Relations or any other relevant subject from any reputed university/ institute.

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to identified fundraising opportunities through team formation, work plan development, monitoring of progress through periodic formal progress review.
∎ Obtain management approval to pursue opportunities through various internal mechanisms (formal go/no go meetings, due diligence on new donors/partners).
∎ Develop project proposals, concept notes, technical and financial proposals, etc. independently as well as jointly, as per requirement of the funding organizations in line with HCMP processes and SOP.
∎ Develop and maintain basic project information, reporting schedule and government approval process in coordination with Grants and Operations.
∎ Support programme to conduct needs-based research to identify areas of intervention, scale up, innovation.
∎ Review progress reports, project completion reports etc. for different projects and components of HCMP independently as well as jointly, as per the reporting schedules and templates.
∎ Review and edit project reports and other donor documents as per the donor requirement and ensure compliance as per the requirement of the funding organizations, prescribed sector standards, coordinate the formal review and sign-off process in coordination with Grants before submission to the donor within due time.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in programme development & management, and fund raising in NGO/INGO.
∎ Current national and global development trends related to Rohingya crisis and Host community issues.
∎ Strategic and funding priorities of major institutional donors in Bangladesh.
∎ Project design and budget formulation guidelines/requirements of major institutional donors.
∎ Project design tools and techniques.
∎ CXB ISCG structure and operations.
∎ Humanitarian Rights and Programming and Humanitarian Development Nexus (HDN).
∎ Able to conceptualise new interventions across varied sectors in the CXB context.
∎ Excellent skills in technical and financial proposal and concept note development.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills in English.
∎ Documentation, facilitation, and reporting.
∎ Strong analytical skills.
∎ Strategic thinking, decision making and problem solving.
∎ Experience in M&E processes and analysis and reporting, infographics.
∎ Experience of developing thematic research tools.
