Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with team members to determine best practices for software development
∎ Work to design algorithms and flowcharts for producing clean, efficient software code
∎ Integrate third-party software and software components
∎ Gather and evaluate user feedback on the software and its technical issues
∎ Test, deploy and maintain programs and systems
∎ Aid and support the coaching and training of other team members to ensure all users are confident in the use of software applications
∎ Troubleshoot, debug and develop new features in existing software
∎ Ensure software security to monitor the sharing of information and data
∎ Prepare technical documentation and manual for user reference and reporting
∎ Actively seek ways to improve enterprise software and processes
Additional Requirements:
∎ A team player with an eye for detail and problem-solving skills
∎ Passionate about developing and implementing new projects
∎ Ability to translate business requirements into the software solution
∎ Experience in developing secure software systems in accordance with industry standards
∎ An understanding of cybersecurity, cloud and open-source technology
∎ Ability to analyze code for weaknesses and errors, and to develop detailed plans to improve them
∎ Experience with database architecture and the ability to design databases
∎ Strong willingness to exhibit proficiency in developing analytical tools, statistics, dashboards
∎ Actively learn new languages and technologies to improve skill sets
