Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science and Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Oracle Database Administration (DBA) Certification,Oracle Database Design Development (DDD), IDBBISEW IT
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Requirement Collection, Gap analysis, Designing and developing required solutions, enhancing seeded forms and custom developed forms.
∎ Creating and Managing Service Request (SR) to Oracle and handling complex/critical scenario/issues by communicating with Oracle Corporation.
∎ Developing required custom reports for different modules of Oracle ERP according to the user’s requirements and business needs.
∎ Configuration and Personalization of new requirement in Oracle ERP system as per business requirements.
∎ Uploading opening data, master and bulk data through API/interface as well as data cleaning and data modification for the required systems of Oracle ERP as per user requirement.
∎ Giving support and managing live critical issues for Inventory, Production and other custom developments.
∎ Planning, designing and implementing business solution after gathering user’s requirements and as well as examining standard business process and current business process by personalization and customization.
∎ Production Batch creating, Batch costing analysis and monthly batch close monitoring.
∎ Designing database structure creating required tables, views, sequences, synonyms, database triggers, packages, functions, procedures etc.
∎ Identifying monthly sub-ledger and general ledger gap and Inventory item costing, valuation etc.
∎ User management, responsibility design & development, responsibility assigning and controlling the user’s activity for the smooth running of the system.
∎ Master data entry for new item creation, flex Field creating, Value Set creation and, employee creation and so on as per user requests.
∎ Period closing of all legal entity/ units of all modules, Inventory, Manufacturing.
∎ Assisting to period close related tasks by providing required data as per accounts and finance department requirements.
∎ Providing overall support in Inventory, Manufacturing modules, reporting and technical needs of the group with the coordination of our vendor.
∎ Additional daily support related task assigned by the Project Manager of Oracle ERP Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in developing solutions for Oracle EBS with the Oracle development tools like SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms Builders, Report Builders, BI publisher, OBIEE and Workflow Build.
∎ Work experiences with Oracle EBS interface personalization and customizations.
∎ Installing, upgrading, patching and configuring Oracle E- Business Suite 11i/R12 on Linux.
