∎ Master's in any discipline from reputed University with No Third Division in academic records.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor recovery/regularization/rescheduling of NPL portfolio in line with Bangladesh Bank and internal guidelines;
∎ Formulate/assist in developing effective policies for NPL Management;
∎ Ensure target achievement of collection/recovery from irregular, classified, written-off, and other delinquent customers through meticulous follow-up & efforts;
∎ Regular visits and extensive monitoring the delinquent customers for timely recovery;
∎ Determine account plan/recovery strategy for special assets and pursue all options to maximize loan recovery from assigned delinquent customers;
∎ Collection of repayments by closely coordinating with relationship teams, litigation team, and relevant stakeholders;
∎ Initiate and implement exit plans by rescheduling, restructuring, and liquidating appropriate loans;
∎ Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and regulatory requirements with Bangladesh Bank;
∎ Coordinate with other divisions/branches to perform the duties properly;
∎ Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor/Management of the Bank.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 03 (three) to 05 (five) years working experience in relevant area in leading commercial Bank/NBFI.
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Very good skills in MS Office.
