Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Minimum Bachelor Degree / 4-year university degree in EEE/ECE/ETE/CSE & Information Technology (IT)

• At least 5 years

• Minimum 05 years of working experience in wireless telecom industry

• RF planning/optimization experience will be an added advantage

• Possesses good solution communication and presentation skills;

• Vendor or Operator experience is essential.

• Team player, self-motivated, result-oriented and highly independent.

• Responsible for the formulation of sales strategies for wireless solutions, development of wireless projects, implementation of product planning, and promote product branding.

• Familiar with the knowledge of wireless/RAN products, especially those with 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G knowledge are preferred.

• Have a deeper understanding of wireless network solutions; proficient in wireless product development, product specifications, highlights, competition, etc.

• Provide in-depth insights into MNOs network characteristics and wireless development trends,

• Attends extended market and project development by customizing solution and present Huawei value and benefits to customers.

• Manages Huawei key customers in terms of product requirements and business development.

• Promotes Huawei wireless solutions and brand via participating in workshops, exhibitions, and seminars in an active role as presenter.

• Conduct business development opportunities and follow through strategy.

• Work closely with account team for pre-sales activities.

• Work closely with delivery and services team for project delivery.
