• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in solar system design, installation, and management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and related technologies.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and lead a team effectively.

• Lead a team of technicians and engineers in solar project installations and maintenance.
• Design and supervise solar energy systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for solar energy solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, cost estimations, and project plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and renewable energy regulations.
• Monitor project performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely completion.
• Train and guide team members to maintain high work standards and efficiency.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
