Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work in prepare technical specifications, BOQ, project implementation schedules, drawings for bidding document for the land development, embankment construction, dormitory and office building and Guest House construction, Ansar Barack, workshop & warehouse construction, boundary wall and internal & external road construction, drainage system, firefighting system, solar panel cleaning system and others civil construction works of the power plants.
∎ Work in prepare and review tender document for the land development, embankment construction.
∎ Work to review, check, finalizing and certify supplier's design & drawings, and technical specifications.
∎ Monitor work progress against plan, report on progress and proposed remedial measures as necessary.
∎ Perform work supervision land development, embankment, and civil construction works of power plant according to national & internationally recognize code and standard.
∎ Review and prepare the project civil work design, identify key technical challenges and risks, and prepare remedial measures.
∎ Prepare preliminary Punch List (List of incomplete Works)
∎ Prepare Punch List (List of unfulfilled contractual obligations);
∎ Assist in Preparation and Submission of Final Project Completion Report;
∎ Attend meetings with the client as and when required and
∎ Perform other functions as may be assigned or delegated by Team Leader from time to time during the tenure of assignment.

∎ Experience as Civil Engineer in Projects as a Consultant:
∎ Minimum 15 Years
∎ Experience of design & supervision of embankment construction as a consultant; Minimum 1 project.
∎ Experience in supervision of land development as a consultant: Minimum 1 project.
∎ Experience in design /Supervision for building construction works as a consultant: Minimum 1 Project.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Consultant firm.
