Experience:

Preferred (Plus) Qualifications
Experience on 132/33 kV substation installation, testing, commissioning, or construction works.
Experience on 132 kV / 33 kV transmission line construction or construction supervision (route survey, tower erection, stringing, T&C).
Familiarity with utility-scale inverter platforms (string / central) and SCADA commissioning.
Prior assignment on a donor-funded or IPP project under Owner's Engineer / Lender's Engineer scope.
IEB membership.
About the Assignment
Atlanta Enterprise Limited (AEL), is providing construction supervision and commissioning support services to Rural Power Company Limited (RPCL) for the 100 MW Solar Power Plant at Madarganj, Jamalpur District. We are recruiting a Resident Electrical Engineer to be deployed full-time at the project site during the remaining construction, testing, and commissioning phases.

Role Summary
The Resident Electrical Engineer will represent the Owner's Engineer team on site for all electrical aspects of the project, supervising the EPC Contractor's installation, testing, and commissioning works, and reporting to AEL's senior electrical specialist and the Team Leader.
Engagement
Location: Resident at project site (Madarganj, Jamalpur). Site accommodation arrangement to be discussed at offer stage.
Duration: Full-time, site-based, until commissioning and COD of the plant.
Reports to: Senior Electrical Specialist / Team Leader, AEL.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day site supervision of the EPC Contractor's electrical installation works — PV array DC system, inverters, LV/MV cabling, transformers, switchgear, earthing and lightning protection, SCADA and I&C interfaces.
Witness Factory Acceptance Tests (where applicable), Site Acceptance Tests, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities; verify compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and applicable national/international standards.
Monitor work progress against the approved schedule; raise Non-Compliance Reports for defective works; maintain inspection and test records.
Prepare Preliminary Punch Lists and Punch Lists; verify rectification before signoff.
Liaise with the Contractor, RPCL site team, and AEL/AFRY senior experts; attend site meetings and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
Support the issuance of PAC and final completion documentation.
