Responsibilities & Context: Job Overview: TechVillage is seeking a Software Support Engineer specializing in Troubleshooting & debugging solutions to support our Codecanyon customers. In this role, you will be essential to resolving client support tickets on our support portal related to our PHP and Laravel-based applications. You will diagnose issues, implement client-focused solutions, and work collaboratively with our development, project management, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly applications. We’re looking for proactive problem solvers who thrive in dynamic, collaborative settings and adapt swiftly to new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve client-reported issues in PHP and Laravel codebases.
- Troubleshooting & debugging software support according to client requirement.
- Good understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, Laravel.
- Provide high-quality technical support, ensuring timely resolution of client support.
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and project management teams to enhance the client experience.
- Continually learn and adapt to platforms like Codecanyon.
