Experience:

  • Familiarity with modern programming languages, especially PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and RESTful APIs.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git or SVN.
  • Experience in debugging and troubleshooting with a strong commitment to improving problem-solving skills.

Communication:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent English is mandatory to collaborate effectively with global project teams.

Interest in Business support:

  • Strong interest in working with platforms like codecanyon & Human centric software support.


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Overview: TechVillage is seeking a Software Support Engineer specializing in Troubleshooting & debugging solutions to support our Codecanyon customers. In this role, you will be essential to resolving client support tickets on our support portal related to our PHP and Laravel-based applications. You will diagnose issues, implement client-focused solutions, and work collaboratively with our development, project management, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly applications. We’re looking for proactive problem solvers who thrive in dynamic, collaborative settings and adapt swiftly to new technologies.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Diagnose and resolve client-reported issues in PHP and Laravel codebases.
  • Troubleshooting & debugging software support according to client requirement.
  • Good understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, Laravel.
  • Provide high-quality technical support, ensuring timely resolution of client support.
  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and project management teams to enhance the client experience.
  • Continually learn and adapt to platforms like Codecanyon.
