Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. in CSE/Software Engineering or relevant subjects
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support and identify all issues and prepare appropriate documentation of all issues and give first level solutions
∎ To collect customer requests from Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
∎ To categorize, list and distribute tasks as per customer requests to responsible team members.
∎ Monitoring and follow-up ongoing tasks on behalf of team manager.
∎ To make yourself aware about the features and functionalities of the products (software/s) which are managed by the team in which you are going to join.
∎ To participate in software testing according to test specifications (if required).
∎ May need to work under the direct supervision of the client
∎ Perform testing, database support, patch preparation, if assigned by the supervisor.
∎ 24 x 7 on-call support model needs to be established which might require for the candidate to physically (or virtually, whichever is more effective) be present at the client premises and provide support.
∎ Coordinate with clients and resolve all application and system related issues
∎ Administer and resolve applications issues, provide updates and perform root cause analysis
∎ Supervise all issues related to application and system procedures and provide services proactively
∎ Maintain good professional relationships with clients
∎ Perform root cause assessment and debug all issues and ensure availability of applications
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound Knowledge on SQL queries and Database administration (Oracle, MySQL)
∎ Hands on experience on Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, Spring Data, AngluarJS, Angular, Jquery,
∎ System analysis experience
∎ Unit test code writing skill
∎ Ability to explain complex ideas to those with IT and systems knowledge
∎ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Listening ability and patience
∎ Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
∎ Critical thinking skills
Salary: Negotiable
