• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering

• CSE Graduate or 4 years Diploma in CSE
• For fresh non-CSE graduates 1 year Diploma in Computer Science/ Application is required.

• At least 1 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age At least 22 years
• Only Male

• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server is a must, Oracle Database knowledge is preferable.
• Skills Required: Customer Support, ERP Implementation, knowledge in ERP, MS SQL Server , software support

Ltd. has its major works in developing generalized & customized software, software implementation services, data warehousing & business intelligence software implementation services. We are currently looking for some talented Software Support Engineer. The ideal candidates need to have at least 1 year experience in Customer Support, Software Implementation and Software Training.

Job Responsibilities

• Software/Hardware/Network Installation, Implementation & Support at client site (both Customized & Generalized), Software Testing, Database Maintenance, Customer support over phone/ internet etc., Customer Training

• Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus

• Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize

• Salary Review: Half Yearly

• Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
