Customer Support, Programmer/ Software Engineer, Test Engineer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Software Company
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage effective resolution of support issues that are reported to the Technical Support Team.
∎ Provide an excellent customer experience, surpassing expectation.
∎ Act as lead on software support / service issues.
∎ Ensure close liaison with internal functions.
∎ Follow up on and take responsibility for unresolved issues or escalations.
∎ Act as interface between internal development teams and the clients.
∎ Provide technical support on software for internal and external clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1 Year Experience for Software deployment, Implementation & support
∎ Hands on experience on SQL query (Mandatory)
∎ Clear Concept on RDMS
∎ Minimum of 1 year experience in development and troubleshooting of SQL
∎ Good communication skill and ability to manage clients
∎ Ability to provide technical support on software for internal and external clients.
∎ Able to develop effective relationships internally at a variety of levels and work closely with customer, developers, testers & all others.
∎ Effective interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Experience improving and developing the knowledge and skills of others
∎ Able to work on own initiative to develop Technical Support
