Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions
Arrange product demos or presentations when needed
Convert leads into paid customers and achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
Handle inquiries from Facebook pages, ads, and landing pages
Suggest new marketing ideas to increase sales and brand visibility
Track campaign performance and customer responses
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales status
Prepare basic daily/weekly sales reports
Coordinate with the technical or product team for customer support and onboarding
Collect customer feedback and share insights for product improvement
