Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and maintain project plans.
∎ Guide team to prepare test cases, test data, test environment, checklists, traceability matrix as per requirements.
∎ Making sure the test strategies defined for the team are properly followed.
∎ Distribute tasks among the resources and track the progress of the task.
∎ Ensure team members execute tests or write test code to verify enhancements and bug fixes.
∎ Ensure bugs/defects are documented with appropriate details by team members.
∎ Ensure quickest possible delivery of the priority tasks.
∎ Communication with the onsite team and share status of the team.
∎ Monitor the progress of existing and newly integrated team members.
∎ Guide team members in R&D on new tools and technologies for the project/team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Proven experience in working with test cases, test data, test environment, checklists, traceability matrix as per requirements.
∎ Must have understanding of test documents (test plan, test report, release notes, etc.).
∎ Must have a good understanding on how to report bugs/defects with appropriate details.
∎ Must have experience with any relational database like MSSQL, MySQL, etc.
∎ Must have strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
∎ Must have very strong analysis and synthesis skills.
∎ Must be able to learn new technologies, tools, and techniques quickly and with minimal supervision.
∎ Must be proactive and able to execute tasks efficiently.
∎ Experience with automation tools like Selenium, JMeter, Cypress/Playwright, AutoIT, etc.
∎ Experience with Robot Framework, TestNG, Cucumber or any BDD framework will be a plus.
∎ Familiarity with applications, Source control (GIT, SVN), Issue Tracker, load testing tool, screen capture tool and project management tool will be plus.
Salary: Tk. 105000 - 140000 (Monthly)
