Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
∎ At least a Bachelor's degree in computer science from any renowned university
∎ Skills Required: Front End Programming, Software Testing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform different types of tests to identify software issues
∎ Develop unit tests and end-to-end tests involving both frontend and backend software modules
∎ Create detailed, and well-structured test plans and test cases
∎ Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
∎ Analyze client requirements, technical design documents and prepare software specifications.
∎ Ensure software is developed as per client specifications at different phases of development
∎ Follow Agile best practices, attend daily Scrum meetings and sprint planning sessions, participate in estimations and ensure quality of delivery
∎ Tracking and analyzing bugs, prepare bug reports using bug reporting tools like JIRA
∎ Ensure software is developed as per web security standards
∎ Document results of tests for the software development team
∎ Prepare test cases and ensure that the software is compatible with test cases
∎ Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
∎ Writing unit tests and end-to-end test cases
∎ Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
∎ Efficient communication and working together with the software developers to enhance and improve programs
∎ Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Ability to adapt to the constantly changing context of a tech startup
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven work experience in software quality assurance
∎ Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
∎ In-depth understanding of programming languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript
∎ Understanding full stack development is required
∎ Good proficiency in testing REST APIs is desired
∎ Experience in test automation using tools like Postman, Protractor, JMeter etc.
∎ Experience with SQL and NoSQL Databases
∎ Proficiency in Git is is a must
∎ Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
∎ Experience with CI/CD workflow
