Job Responsibilities:
∎ Produce engaging and high-quality written material in Bangla for a variety of digital channels, such as websites, blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns.
∎ Conduct extensive research on industry-related topics to ensure the content's accuracy and relevancy.
∎ Develop content that aligns with the brand identity and communicates the company's values and messages effectively.
∎ Work with the marketing and design teams to generate content that compliments visual aspects and overall campaign goals.
∎ Create SEO-friendly content by using important keywords and improving content structure and style for better search engine visibility.
∎ Edit and proofread content to ensure it is clear, consistent, and grammatically correct, as well as that it adheres to SEO best practices.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and emerging topics to incorporate fresh ideas into content creation.
∎ Monitor and analyze the performance of content to optimize engagement and drive positive results.
∎ Translating content from English to Bangla and vice versa when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a Bangla Content Writer or similar role.
∎ Exceptional proficiency in the Bangla language, with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
∎ Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt writing style according to the target audience.
∎ A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce error-free content.
∎ Familiarity with digital marketing principles, SEO best practices, and keyword research is essential.
∎ Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
∎ Strong research skills and a curiosity to explore new topics and trends.
∎ A portfolio of previous written work demonstrating versatility, creativity, and SEO-friendly content will be an advantage.
∎ Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from different departments.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 80000 (Monthly)
