• Payment & Billing: Payment Gateway integration (SSLCommerz, bKash, Nagad, Upay) & WHMCS setup

• Server & Deployment: Linux/Cloud/VPS, Git

• Security & Performance: Secure coding & performance optimization

Job Context

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining software solutions with a focus on VoIP, Telecommunication Systems, and Web Applications. The role requires both technical expertise and problem-solving ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications.

• Customize and maintain VoIP (Asterisk, FreePBX, Issabel, ViciDial, etc.) solutions.

• Develop APIs and integrations with third-party systems (CRM, SMS, Payment Gateway, etc.).

• Ensure database design, optimization, and synchronization (MySQL, MariaDB).

• Implement Payment Gateway Setup & WHMCS for automated billing & reseller management.

• Conduct troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for system issues.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.

• Perform version control and release management using Git.

• Contribute to system architecture and participate in design discussions.

• Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery solutions.

• Mentor junior developers (for Senior Software Engineer role).

• Research and implement new technologies to improve system efficiency.
