Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their full potential.2. Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, product owners, and other team leaders, to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.3. Plan and prioritize project tasks and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.4. Drive continuous improvement within the team by identifying areas for optimization, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.5. Oversee the development and implementation of software solutions using the technologies in our stack, including database design, frontend and backend development, and integration with third-party services.6. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes to maintain code quality, reliability, and scalability.7. Coordinate with DevOps engineers to streamline the CI/CD pipeline, automate deployment processes, and optimize system performance and reliability.8. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and take proactive measures to address them and keep projects on track.9. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment where team members feel empowered, engaged, and motivated to contribute their best work.10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our technology stack and development processes.
