Angular or like UI frameworks, ERP Implementation, Java Development (full stack), Software Development, SPRING boot
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Design/Printing/Publishing, Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform development as well as innovate, design, develop and launch visually appealing, responsive software/ apps, with planned features and functionality, preferably exceeding the quality expectations.
∎ Responsible for developing and maintaining smart business applications and ERP solutions, through defining and managing application and server-side logics, related database, payment gateways and 3rd party applications ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
∎ Ensure that projects are accurately estimated and delivered to schedule.
∎ Maintain clean coding standards, review and documentation, use latest versions of programming and development platforms.
∎ Troubleshoot/ analyze system bugs and quality issues, responding promptly and professionally to testing, bug fixing and performance problems
∎ Cooperate with other front and back-end developers, designers, and the rest of the team to deliver well-architected .
∎ To support control, management and monitoring on areas like Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Production, Inventory, Resourcing, Accounting and Administration through integrated management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience on object-oriented design and development methodology, RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking, profiling and debugging applications.
∎ Work with APIs and frameworks e.g. dot Net/Java/Swift/Objective-C/JavaScript/C#, android OS/iOS etc. will get extra advantage.
∎ Architectural patterns-MVP, MVC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture, third-party SDKs and APIs, Git, SVN or related version control software, standard practices like SOLID principles will add value.
∎ Must be proactive and determined to meet the deadline and can-do attitude.
∎ Must have very strong analysis and synthesis skills.
∎ Must be able to learn new technologies, tools, and techniques quickly and with minimal supervision.
∎ Excellent team player, good interpersonal communication skills. Capable to pleasantly interact with different level of staff;
∎ Excellent knowledge of English and Bengali is essential.
