Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the team to understand business requirements of the product and develop web solutions
∎ Interact extensively with the business team / customers to understand their requirements
∎ Lead Development team to conceptualize, develop and implement application modules and solutions on an end to end basis
∎ Ensure team output meets time and quality commitment
∎ Proactively learn accounting standards, workflows and technologies
∎ Collaborate and mentor team members
∎ Writing Technical architecture Documents
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years development experience in ASP.NET.
∎ Experience in Analyze, design and develop software in Web based and Desktop based using: ASP.NET, C#, ADO.NET, Crystal Report, .NET framework 3.5, Java Script, Oracle, SQL Server & My SQL.
∎ Experience on multi-layer architecture.
∎ Should have experience in Web 2.0 concept, including AJAX & JSON
∎ Working experience with PHP & JAVA will be a plus
∎ Knowledge in SQA will be a plus
∎ Must be able to rapidly switch between different projects in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Must be organized, motivated, work effectively under deadlines, and be able to manage multiple concurrent projects.
∎ Should demonstrate a passion for interactive media, including knowledge of the latest technologies, techniques, and styles.
∎ Innovative, open minded and ready to put the necessary effort to reach the goals and deadlines.
∎ Team oriented attitude with strong communications skills.
