Additional Requirements:

• At least a year of experience in Full Stack Development

• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Vue)

• Backend: PHP (Laravel), Node.js, Python (Django/Flask)

• Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL/MariaDB

• Strong knowledge of CRM Development & Customization

• Payment & Billing: Payment Gateway integration (SSLCommerz, bKash, Nagad, Upay) & WHMCS setup

• Server & Deployment: Linux/Cloud/VPS, Git

• Security & Performance: Secure coding & performance optimization

• VoIP & Telecom: SIP, RTP, Asterisk, FreePBX integration

• Preferred: Experience working in IPTSP/Telecom companies and SaaS platforms

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Engineer to join our technology team. The candidate will mainly work on building and customizing CRM systems, guided by a senior mentor. A solid understanding of core CRM development languages is required. The role also includes developing and maintaining our in-house software, such as accounting and billing systems, along with other internal tools.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications.

• Build, customize, and maintain CRM systems based on company needs.

• Develop and integrate APIs with third-party systems (CRM, SMS, Payment Gateway, etc.).

• Customize and manage VoIP solutions (Asterisk, FreePBX, Issabel, ViciDial, etc.).

• Implement Payment Gateway Setup and WHMCS for automated billing and reseller management.

• Develop and maintain in-house tools, including accounting and billing software.

• Ensure database design, optimization, and synchronization (MySQL, MariaDB).

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.

• Use Git for version control and release management.

• Contribute to system architecture and design discussions.

• Maintain system security, backups, and disaster recovery solutions.

• Research and apply new technologies to improve performance and scalability.
