Job Context:
∎ Tekarsh Bangladesh Ltd is looking for a Software Architect to join its small yet very dynamic team where you will be expected to solve complex engineering problems. You will have an opportunity to participate in the re-engineering of our entire pipeline of services leveraging your past experience and using tools and technologies.
∎ Work Hour: Sunday to Thursday (10.00 AM- 6.00 PM Bangladesh Time or any other overlapping time slot to match the time with US team)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design & develop world-class, secure architectures based on business and technical requirements.
∎ Extensive understanding of architectural styles and design patterns
∎ Guide the development team to use proper design patterns.
∎ Participate in the system specification review process to ensure system requirements can be translated into valid software architecture.
∎ Provide best-fit architectural solutions for our Products.
∎ Review API design proposals from development teams
∎ Help optimise designs to make best use of resources.
∎ Contribute to review the code of the development team.
∎ Contribute to the roadmaps of our applications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years of professional software development experience with design and implementation of complex systems.
∎ Solid experience in software architecture and design;
∎ Knowledge of Design Patterns, Clean Architecture, and Clean coding;
∎ Good knowledge on continuous integration and deployment
∎ Must have experience with large clients facing software development.
∎ Good at competitive programming.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills; adaptable, enterprising, and willing to take ownership
∎ A high-quality bar; just-enough documentation, unit testing, code reviews, test automation, continuous integration & deployment, and a preference for agile methods
