Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a few engineers to join our small dynamic team where the employee will be expected to solve complex engineering problems that will have both short- and long-term impact on restaurant businesses in the US. The employee will have an opportunity to participate in the re-engineering of our entire pipeline of services leveraging his/her past experience and using tools and technologies.
∎ Work Hour: Monday to Friday (1.00 PM - 10 PM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with our engineering team to tackle a wide variety of technical challenges in building efficient and scalable software.
∎ Lead, inspire and influence current team to embrace modern engineering practices that enable frequent release of high-quality services.
∎ Understand and support the current architecture.
∎ Collaborate across teams and Architects for shaping the current architecture so that it means new technical requirements and needs of our partner teams.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ You have 4+ years of industry experience in building scalable web applications using modern object oriented programming (Years of experience will be flexible for highly skilled candidates).
∎ You have Strong grasp of object oriented fundamentals, data structures, RESTful API design, and modern full stack architecture patterns.
∎ Our tech stack is constantly evolving but currently you have to work with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, NodeJS and React/AngularJS.
∎ Our Platform is 100% cloud based (AWS) and our architecture spans a variety of AWS Services including EC2, Fargate, Lambda, SQS, RDS Postgres, DynamoDB, CloudFormation and more!
∎ Prior experience in building and operating system on public clouds may come handy for us.
∎ You have a knack for anticipating problems and self motivated to venture beyond the obvious.
∎ You actively look for ways to automate and simplify complex processes, take pride in being thorough and detail-oriented, and function well in fast-paced environment
∎ You have experience in effectively advising senior stakeholders on the technical scope and feasibility of complex product requirements.
∎ You are skilled at explaining technically complex concepts and design to all levels within an organizations.
∎ You have eagerness to lead and motivate a team.
Salary: Tk. 175000 (Monthly)
