Job Responsibilities:
∎ Authorize Data input in the LWF/DOB System for CASA Opening and maintenance with an approved SLA
∎ Generate and analyze CDD reports as per established policy and escalate them to competent authorities
∎ Perform surprise quality checks in all Operations departments and take the initiative to eliminate the issues that arise in surprise checks and monitor the compliance status of Internal Audit (ICC) observations
∎ Prepare to escalate the quality trends (QC) report reflecting the performance of different wings of operations
∎ Prepare the deferral aging reports to escalate the compliance status to management to regularize
∎ Internal controls are maintained according to CBL policy and Guidelines (DCFCL, etc.) and other local statutory guidelines (Bangladesh Bank, Govt. rules, etc.)
∎ Exceptional transactions are monitored and controlled
∎ Identification of unreconciled or unadjusted GL accounts and resolution of the same
∎ Provide the data as per the requirements of the auditors and resolve their queries as required
∎ Communicate with the branches for query responses, deferral documents, and notification of new policies, rules, and circulars
∎ Interact and maintain liaison with regulatory bodies to get clarity on new policies and guidelines issued
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ 5-7 years of work experience in any reputed Financial Organization or scheduled commercial bank in the related fields
∎ Knowledge of other areas of risk and regulation, such as financial markets, operational aspects, legal issues, and regulatory requirements
∎ In-depth knowledge on Liability Products, Standard Operating Policy, Bank Companies Act, Banking Rules and Regulation, etc.
∎ An excellent ability to analyze financial data rigorously
∎ Competent in using Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
∎ Strong Analytical and decision-making skills
∎ Capacity to work under stress and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
∎ Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
∎ Excellent time management ability
∎ Self-administered and self-motivated
∎ Creative thinking and solution-oriented
