Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters degree in any discipline with at least three years practical experience of working in any reputed NGO in social mobilization sector.
∎ Skills Required: Community Mobilization

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Social Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise Social Mobilizers activities and prepare monthly work plan to achieve targets.
∎ Provide necessary information to higher management in decision making
∎ Assist Social Mobilization Coordinator of GBViE project in implementing project activities.
∎ Liaison with other service providers and partners at the Upazila level, to ensure that their activities of information, humanitarian assistance and services are also channeled through the WFS to the extent possible.
∎ Maintain coordination with Government service providers, Other NGOs, UNFPA and Mukti senior management.
∎ Conduct regular visit to oversee program implementation.
∎ Facilitate periodic visits by DONOR and Partner and other stakeholders.
∎ Ensure timely, complete and accurate reporting as per guideline.
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly performance report and indent of logistics.
∎ Any other tasks required by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience with GBV related project implementation will be preferred.
∎ Self-directed and able to lead a team.
∎ A mature outlook and strong commitment to work with NGO
∎ Must be skilled in preparing report
∎ Experience of networking and mobilization of local communities
∎ Strong computer, organizational and time management skills
∎ Strong knowledge and understanding of different government structure

Salary:
∎ Tk. 54000 - 55693 (Monthly)
∎ As per project provision

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
