Experience:
We are hiring a Social Media Manager who will independently own and run our complete social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
This is not an execution-only role. You will be the brain behind our social media — strategy, content calendar, community building, competitor intelligence, and paid ad campaigns. You will work from our Narail Centre office and report directly to the founder.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute a monthly social media strategy aligned with Holidayzer's brand and business calendar
• Build and maintain a content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Set measurable monthly KPIs — follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and lead generation
Content Creation & Publishing
• Plan, brief, and oversee content production (graphics, reels, stories, carousels)
• Coordinate with designers/videographers, or create content yourself when needed
• Write compelling captions and platform-specific copy in German, English, and Arabic
• Schedule and publish content consistently, optimizing for peak engagement times across markets and time zones
Community Building & Engagement
• Respond promptly to comments, DMs, and mentions to build an active, loyal community
• Run polls, Q&As, and interactive content to drive organic engagement
• Identify and engage with property owners, tenants, real estate influencers, and brand advocates
Organic Growth
• Grow followers organically through quality content, engagement tactics, and collaborations
• Use hashtag research, SEO-friendly captions, and trend-riding to maximize reach
• Track follower growth weekly with clear attribution to specific tactics
Competitor & Market Intelligence
• Monitor competitors in property management and real estate — content themes, engagement tactics, ad campaigns, growth
• Prepare a monthly competitor analysis brief with actionable insights
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and property management industry trends
Paid Social Media Campaigns
• Plan, set up, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns (lead gen, retargeting, brand awareness)
• Manage ad budgets efficiently — optimize cost per result and ROAS
• A/B test creatives, audiences, and placements; report results with recommendations
• Run LinkedIn campaigns for B2B positioning to attract property owners and corporate clients
Reporting & Analytics
• Track performance using Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Analytics
• Deliver a weekly performance snapshot and a detailed monthly report to the founder
• Use data to refine strategy — double down on what works, cut what doesn't
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Have
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on social media management experience (agency or brand-side)
• Proven track record of growing social media pages organically — be ready to show numbers
• Strong experience running Facebook & Instagram Ads via Meta Ads Manager
• Excellent copywriting in German, English, and Arabic
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, and LinkedIn Pages
• Working knowledge of Canva or similar tools for quick content creation
• Strong understanding of social media analytics — knows what metrics matter and why
• Self-starter mindset — can plan, prioritize, and execute without daily supervision
Nice-to-Have
• Experience using relevant AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.) to speed up content creation, copywriting, and research is a strong advantage
• Experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, or travel
• Basic photo/video editing (CapCut, InShot, Premiere)
• Experience with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)
• Understanding of basic SEO and how social feeds search visibility
• Experience with influencer collaborations or UGC campaigns
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, multinational environment
