Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and strategic Social Media Expert with at least 2 years of proven experience. You will own social media engagement, content upload and scheduling, run ad campaigns, respond to clients, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent, growth-driven social media presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement & manage social media strategies that align with Thaimedics’ brand, goals, and audience.
Plan, upload, and schedule content across relevant social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the Meta ecosystem) to grow organic reach.
Handle Meta ads: set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram (and related platforms).
Monetize LinkedIn: manage LinkedIn content, campaigns, and strategies to generate leads/business opportunities.
Respond promptly to all client messages, comments, and enquiries on social media.
Forward relevant client communications and texts to other internal teams (sales, operations, medical staff) as needed.
Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.), analyze data, prepare reports & make data-driven recommendations.
Implement community engagement: moderating discussion, managing feedback, and building a positive brand presence.
Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Adjust strategy accordingly.
Coordinate with design, content, medical, and other departments to align content and messaging and ensure brand consistency on social media.
Requirements for this role:
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content upload, management, and paid social campaigns, preferably in healthcare or service sectors.
Strong knowledge & hands-on skills with Meta ads, including campaign setup, budget management, and optimisation.
Experience with LinkedIn monetization (organic + paid), lead generation & business development via LinkedIn.
Strong skills in content upload, scheduling, and familiarity with content calendar tools.
Strong written and spoken English skills for professional communication and client interaction.
Excellent communication skills—able to respond to clients in a timely, professional, and respectful manner.
Good organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks/platforms simultaneously.
Able to coordinate with internal teams and deliver client feedback & messages to relevant departments.
Familiarity with platform policies and regulation in medical content or healthcare communications is a plus.
