Thai Medics is currently seeking a Executive Officer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals at the early stage of their careers who are passionate about healthcare, patient support, and cross-cultural communication.
The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking medical treatment in Thailand. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to manage patient communications with professionalism and empathy.
As a Executive Officer, you will manage inquiries, coordinate patient appointments, and ensure a smooth and supportive experience from first contact through post-treatment follow-up. You will serve as a key liaison between patients and healthcare providers, helping individuals access world-class medical services abroad.
Note: Prior experience is not mandatory; training will be provided. A proactive mindset and a strong work ethic are essential.
Serve as the first point of contact for patient inquiries regarding treatment options in Thailand
Communicate professionally and empathetically via phone, email, and digital platforms
Track and follow up on patient leads to ensure timely responses and conversion
Conduct introductory cold calls to prospective clients when required
Assist with email communication, patient updates, and basic marketing outreach
Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Office tools
Support scheduling, data entry, and other administrative functions
Minimum education: HSC or A-Levels
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and communication tools
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Internship or entry-level experience in customer service, telemarketing, or client support
Familiarity with medical terminology or an interest in healthcare
Exposure to digital tools such as CRM systems or online scheduling platforms
