We are looking for an energetic and responsible individual as a Service Executive. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the standard of non-clinical services, Hospital cleanliness, and efficient patient management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the activities of support staff (Male-Female Attendants, Cleaners etc) to ensure proper duty performance.
• Ensure the standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping in the Hospital.
• Assist in the smooth admission, refer, and discharge processes of patients.
• Coordinate with the clinical department to resolve any operational issues immediately.
• Manage the duty roster of the support staff and ensure manpower availability during all shifts.
• Monitor proper waste management and linen management systems of the hospital.
• Handle patient and their attendants queries and complaints professionally to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Ensure the safety and security of hospital assets and patient belongings within the Hospital.
• Any other duties of similar nature which is not covered by the above item & that may be assigned in the interest of the patients

• Performance Based Salary Review: Yearly.
