Context:
The ASPADA Paribesh Unnayan Foundation, in partnership with organizations from India and Cambodia, is implementing an international exchange project titled “Health and Nutrition Initiative for Mother and Child”, with support from the Norwegian Agency for Exchange Cooperation (Norec).
We are seeking a motivated young professional with a background in nutritional or agricultural sciences to participate in this one-year exchange program in Cambodia and India. The selected participant will work with the Cambodian partner organization, Krousar Yoeung Association (KrY) in Phnom Penh and the Indian organization, Pahal Jan Sahayog Vikas Sansthan in Indore (MP), contributing by showcasing ASPADA’s best practices in nutritional security and primary healthcare, while learning from KrY and Pahal’s expertise in gender education, parenting education, and early childhood development. This collaboration focuses on sharing knowledge, learning organizational practices, exploring cultures and customs, and strengthening professional skills, with the ultimate goal of integrating these practices into the respective organizations for the benefit of their target communities. This exchange offers a unique opportunity to enhance professional competencies, broaden cultural understanding, and contribute to meaningful international collaboration in maternal and child health and nutrition.
Job description:
Role Overview:
Participants will work closely with the staff of KrY or Pahal to share knowledge and support capacity-building initiatives in the areas of maternal and child health, nutrition, gender and early childhood development. The exchange aims to foster mutual learning and strengthen professional skills while implementing practical interventions in target communities.
Duration: 12 months in the host countries, followed by 2 months of follow-up work in home organizations to share learning, develop materials, and support local implementation.

Job Nature: Full-time (Contractual for 14 months), Service contract will be started from 20 February 2026.
