Skill and Competencies

• Having computer literacy.
• Previous experience of working in the char and islands areas and knowledge of local languages will be a definite advantage.
• The capability of interpersonal communication and the willingness to do door-to-door visits in the community.
• She should have a pleasing personality and be respectable to the community.
• Displays culture, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability.

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary health care and limited curative care at satellite and static clinics.
• Provide ANC and PNC.
• Access to emergency services, including a swift and affordable, and effective referral system.
• Established a community-based health services network through FCM.
• Prepare field-level requisition (financial, medicine and logistics) and submit it to the Friendship Head office.
• Ability to organize a health service in which increased access and availability of quality health care to the population in remote places.
• Focuses on the result for the client and responds positively to feedback
• To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports of the field
• Maintain different type of registers (Patient register, Eligible Couple Register, Family Planning Register, Nutrition Register & ANC/PNC Register)
• To undertake any other assignment given by the Friendship Management

Activities:

• Attend patients
• Emergency case management
• Refer patients to higher health care facilities
• Data entry in the online platform (SATcare APP)
• Prepare reports regarding regular activities & maintain registers
• Prepare quarterly requisition for medicine, receive medicines & maintain challan, check sub stock, distribute medicine & prepare medicine consumption report.
