Responsibilities & Context:
Dispense prescribed medicines accurately to patients and customers.
Provide information about proper medication use, dosage, and side effects (under pharmacist guidance).
Maintain stock records, expiry tracking, and shelf arrangement of medicines.
Organize & Manage the medicine store including date of expiry of medicine
Handle cash, billing, and receipt generation using POS or manual system.
Coordinate with suppliers for medicine purchase and restocking as directed.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the pharmacy area.
Assist in inventory audits and report shortages or discrepancies to the pharmacist/manager.
Maintain professional behavior and ensure patient satisfaction at all times.
Maintain diligently all records including Stock Register & Challans
