Marketing Executive – Job Responsibilities

1. Promote Health & Beauty Products
   Develop marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales across all channels.

2. Handle Digital & Social Media Marketing
   Create posts, run ads, and manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to attract customers.

3. Conduct Market Research
   Identify customer needs, competitors, and new opportunities to improve sales and branding.

4. Field Marketing & Customer Outreach
   Visit salons, clinics, wellness centers, and retailers to promote products and build partnerships.

5. Manage Branding & Product Awareness Campaigns
   Organize promotions, product demos, sampling events, and special offers.

6. Support Sales Team
   Generate leads, follow up with customers, and assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

7. Maintain Marketing Materials
   Prepare brochures, flyers, product photos, and other promotional content.

8. Track Marketing Performance
   Monitor campaign results, customer feedback, and report weekly activities to management.

9. Build Strong Customer Relationships
   Follow up with clients, handle inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

10. Coordinate with Management
    Work closely with the management team to implement new ideas and improve marketing strategies.
