Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor all incoming calls,messages, comments, and customer queries on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Marketplace.
Maintain a polite, supportive, and professional tone at all times.
Take orders, confirm customer details, and forward orders to the operations/delivery team.
Manage inbox follow-up, customer reminders, and abandoned cart leads.
Assist in live session preparation by organizing product details, pricing, and customer questions.
Report daily customer interactions, sales queries, and issues to the supervisor.
Provide accurate product information about organic foods, vitamins, supplements, and wellness items.
