Position Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Visa Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of visa processing, embassy requirements, and immigration rules, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of visa application processes for patients and clients.
Prepare and review required documentation to ensure compliance with embassy/immigration guidelines.
Liaise with embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities for smooth processing.
Provide accurate guidance and support to clients on visa requirements, regulations, and updates.
Maintain records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections.
Monitor changes in immigration laws and update internal procedures accordingly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely visa delivery for patients’ medical travel.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Visa Officer, Visa Consultant, or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of visa application procedures (Thailand visa experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Thai or Bengali will be an advantage).
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital documentation systems.
