Additional Requirements:

Essential Experience

• 8–12 years of professional experience in health programs, public health project management, or health systems development.

• Experience working in primary health care, MNCH programs, or community-based health interventions.

• Minimum 3–5 years in a mid-level or senior supervisory/management role.

• Proven experience in:

a) Program planning & implementation

b) Health data analysis (EHR/MIS)

c) Training health workers (MATS/paramedics)

d) Report writing and documentation

e) Coordination with NGOs, government, donors

Preferred Experience

• Working with NGOs, microfinance institutions, or community development organizations.

• Experience preparing concept notes, proposals, and donor reports.

• Field experience in hard-to-reach or remote areas (islands, coastal, urban slums).

• Familiarity with digital health tools, dashboards, or analytic software.

Responsibilities & Context:

Program Structuring & Service Development

• Design, refine, and standardize primary health care service packages across SMCCs, mobile clinics, and remote hospital settings.

• Support development of maternal, neonatal, child health (MNCH), NCD services, WASH-health integration, adolescent health, and community health education components.

• Assist in developing annual and multi-year health program implementation plans, SOPs, and service delivery guidelines.

Capacity Building & Workforce Support

• Develop training modules, curricula, and refresher training plans for MATS, paramedics.

• Conduct training and supportive supervision to ensure quality of service delivery.

• Support competency assessments and skill-development roadmaps for field staff.

Monitoring, Evaluation & EHR-Based Data Analysis

• Utilize Shakti’s EHR system and health MIS to regularly analyze patient volumes, morbidity trends, service uptake, and cost-recovery indicators.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual monitoring dashboards with clear insights and recommendations.

• Work with the digital health team to improve data quality and expand EHR functionalities.

• Lead field monitoring visits, conduct quality audits, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Reporting, Documentation & Donor Engagement

• Prepare high-quality progress reports, technical summaries, case studies, and donor presentations.

• Draft concept notes, project proposals, strategic briefs, and background papers for new partnerships.

• Support communications for donor visits, evaluations, and external events.

• Maintain strong coordination with partners such as Opportunity International, Orbis, ADB/MSC, Excelerate Energy, Project C.U.R.E, and others.

Strategic Planning & Innovation

• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve health access for women, children, and vulnerable populations.

• Support integration of digital health, telemedicine, vision care, dental services, community health education, and WASH-health linkages.

• Contribute to sustainability and cost-recovery planning for SMCCs, mobile clinics, and new health initiatives.
