We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making, improve business processes, and ensure smooth coordination between technical and business teams. The ideal candidate will analyze business requirements, create actionable insights, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.
Business Requirements & Analysis
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis for new initiatives.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership teams.
Support business forecasting, financial analysis, and KPI tracking.
Process Improvement
Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
Develop workflows, SOPs, and process maps.
Support changing management activities for new systems or processes.
Project Coordination
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Sales, Operations, HR).
Assist project managers in project planning, tracking, and documentation.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and resolve issues proactively.
