💰 Salary Range: 40,000 – 70,000 BDT (Based on Skills & Experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer who is also proficient in mobile app development (React Native / Flutter). This is a key technical position for managing existing products, building new features, and contributing to high-quality, scalable systems.
If you are passionate about building modern web apps, mobile apps, APIs, and solving complex problems, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain modern full-stack applications (Frontend + Backend).
Build and deploy mobile applications for Android & iOS.
Work with REST APIs, databases, and cloud services.
Optimize application performance and security.
Collaborate with designers, product owners, and other developers.
Manage end-to-end feature delivery.
Troubleshoot, debug, and implement solutions on time.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of professional development experience.
Strong knowledge in Frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, or similar).
Solid experience with Backend frameworks (Node.js, Laravel, Django, or similar).
Mobile development experience in React Native or Flutter.
Strong command of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase.
Experience with API integration, JWT authentication, Git, and deployment.
Problem-solving ability and clean coding practices.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
DevOps knowledge (Docker, CI/CD).
Experience with AI/ML integration or automation tools.
UI/UX understanding and ability to work with Figma.
Experience building scalable SaaS systems.
