We need a fully independent full-stack developer who can understand a project from our CTO and can build the front-end & BACK END with MINIMUM Supervision and can execute and deliver the project error-free. You Must also have 100% qualification to do your own QC.

We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team in Dhaka. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in end-to-end web application development, both front-end and back-end, and be capable of handling client projects independently.

This role requires an individual who can work independently, make informed decisions, and deliver results without constant supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.

• Build scalable back-end systems using Node.js, Laravel, or Python/Django.

• Create responsive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).

• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions independently.

• Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications.

• Stay updated with the latest web development technologies and best practices.

✅ REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)

• 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.

• Strong expertise in Node.js, Laravel, and Python/Django.

• Experience with front-end frameworks: React, Vue.js, or Angular.

• Solid understanding of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Experience in API integration, authentication, and security best practices.

• Ability to work independently, manage client requirements, and make technical decisions confidently.
