Education:

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree (Completed all the courses) in CSE, IT, EEE, or a related field

• Age At least 21 years

• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking
• Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our IT team. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and technical operations. You will work closely with senior IT professionals and gain practical skills that support daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support

• Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software issues
• Support employees with computer, network, and login-related problems
• Install, update, and configure software applications as required

2. System & Network Assistance

• Support routine maintenance of IT systems, networks, laptops, and peripheral devices
• Assist in monitoring system performance and reporting issues
• Help maintain IT documentation, inventory, and device tracking

3. Security & Compliance

• Assist in implementing basic IT security measures
• Support the team in data backup, antivirus monitoring, and access control activities

4. Operational Support

• Help set up workstations for new employees
• Assist during IT audits, equipment setup, and system rollouts
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the IT Supervisor/Manager
