Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 21 years
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking
- Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our IT team. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and technical operations. You will work closely with senior IT professionals and gain practical skills that support daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software issues
- Support employees with computer, network, and login-related problems
- Install, update, and configure software applications as required
2. System & Network Assistance
- Support routine maintenance of IT systems, networks, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Assist in monitoring system performance and reporting issues
- Help maintain IT documentation, inventory, and device tracking
3. Security & Compliance
- Assist in implementing basic IT security measures
- Support the team in data backup, antivirus monitoring, and access control activities
4. Operational Support
- Help set up workstations for new employees
- Assist during IT audits, equipment setup, and system rollouts
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the IT Supervisor/Manager
