Job Context : One ICT Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and self-driven AI Engineer to support our organization’s digital transformation and automation initiatives. The role involves developing AI/ML models, integrating intelligent solutions into existing systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with AI frameworks, and the ability to convert business requirements into scalable AI solutions..

• Architect, deploy, and maintain LLM inference and RAG systems designed for high concurrency and horizontal scaling.

• Build and optimize context management and memory systems to reduce token usage and improve performance.

• Develop and tune fine-tuning pipelines, including LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, DPO, and quantization.

• Create clean, responsive frontend interfaces for AI-first applications.

• Manage and optimize Linux-based production environments with strong performance and reliability.

• Apply best practices in distributed systems, including caching, shading, load balancing, and autoscaling.

• Collaborate with research and product teams to translate needs into robust LLM-driven solutions.

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for business applications.

• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve decision-making processes.

• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions from data preprocessing to production deployment.

• Collaborate with software, data, and product teams to integrate AI models into existing systems.

• Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability using industry-standard tools and framework
