Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context : One ICT Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and self-driven AI Engineer to support our organization’s digital transformation and automation initiatives. The role involves developing AI/ML models, integrating intelligent solutions into existing systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with AI frameworks, and the ability to convert business requirements into scalable AI solutions..
Architect, deploy, and maintain LLM inference and RAG systems designed for high concurrency and horizontal scaling.
Build and optimize context management and memory systems to reduce token usage and improve performance.
Develop and tune fine-tuning pipelines, including LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, DPO, and quantization.
Create clean, responsive frontend interfaces for AI-first applications.
Manage and optimize Linux-based production environments with strong performance and reliability.
Apply best practices in distributed systems, including caching, shading, load balancing, and autoscaling.
Collaborate with research and product teams to translate needs into robust LLM-driven solutions.
Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for business applications.
Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve decision-making processes.
Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions from data preprocessing to production deployment.
Collaborate with software, data, and product teams to integrate AI models into existing systems.
Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability using industry-standard tools and framework
Any others task assigned by HoD.
