Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the relevant field (mentioned under Responsibilities & Context) with any Bank/FI is preferred.
Experience particularly in credit risk modelling, scorecard development or predictive modelling will be an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
DBH Finance PLC, established in 1996, is the pioneer, largest and specialist Housing Finance Institution in the private sector of the country. Amongst all Financial Institutions of Bangladesh, only DBH has been rated the highest `AAA` credit rating for the last twenty consecutive years.
At present, the Company invites applications from deserving candidates for the above position.
Key Responsibilities
Design a central data warehouse to organize clean data for analysis and prediction (in collaboration with the IT Team) and afterwards create a Machine Learning model to develop credit risk scorecard model.
Design a month-by-month portfolio tracking system for delinquency tracking and analysis along with an early warning system.
Set up data quality standards to keep information organized and easy to access.
Develop sanction, disbursement, prepayment etc. dashboard showing loan approval trends by size, borrower type, category, purpose etc. for analysis.
Build performance-tracking including turnaround time (TAT) dashboards for appraisers, sales staff and other relevant stakeholders.
Regular design of necessary tables in data warehouses based on new analysis including building analytical dashboards, reports and predictive analytics to meet the business needs as & when required.
