We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Cold Outreach & Marketing Specialist to manage outbound lead generation through Email and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate has experience in cold outreach, prospect research, email deliverability, LinkedIn engagement, and performance-driven marketing strategies.
This role involves generating qualified leads, increasing brand visibility, and supporting business growth through consistent outreach campaigns.
Cold Email Outreach
Build, manage, and execute cold email outreach campaigns
Create personalized and high-converting email templates
Maintain email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-up)
A/B test subject lines, email sequences, and CTAs
Monitor campaign metrics: open rate, reply rate, positive reply rate, conversions
Maintain clean data and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM/GDPR laws
LinkedIn Outreach & Engagement
Research and connect with targeted prospects on LinkedIn
Send personalized connection requests and messages
Manage LinkedIn sequences using automation tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, Octopus CRM)
Engage with prospect posts and build organic visibility
Track lead interactions and responses
Prospecting & Lead Research
Identify potential clients based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
Build targeted lead lists using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Hunter.
Enrich leads with correct emails and contact details Marketing & Reporting
Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to align outreach goals
Prepare weekly performance reports
